It is with much excitement we announce that our Annual Scholastic Book Fair will be arriving at the HUB ready for sales starting Tuesday 4th November.
The 2025 theme is Say Aloha to a Good Book
The Book Fair will be open for purchasing and book collection between the following times:
- Tuesday 8:15am - 8:45am & 3:10pm - 3:40pm
- Wednesday 8:15am - 8:45am & 3:10pm - 3:40pm
- Thursday 8:15am - 8:45am & 3:10pm - 3:40pm
- Friday 8:15am - 8:45am
WE ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS!
This is a wonderful fundraiser for Highland Reserve State School, with a commission of sales going towards the purchasing of new books and resources for student learning.
To support this process the steps to purchase items are below.
**ONLINE PAYENT (PREFERRED)**
Please ensure to choose BOOK FAIRS payments (not Book Club)
Receipt number and amount paid is to be recorded on the wish list payment form.
Return the completed form to the ‘Book Fair drop off box ‘ in the hub in the morning, for book collection, ‘Click and Collect’ style the following day. If your book is out of stock, it will be ordered at the end of the book fair and sent to your child's class when it arrives.
NO STATIONERY OR POSTERS CAN BE ORDERED ONLINE - These must be purchased in person.
Parents may also prefer to email their receipt and list of books purchased to
CASH OPTION
If cash is brought in, it must be the correct amount, in an envelope with your order and your child's name and class. This can also be placed in the bookfair drop box.
Purchases can be made using cash or card at our opening times listed below.

Tuesday-Thursday 3:10pm-3:40pm

Stationery purchases start from $2 each and books start at $5
